Mahasamund: Once again, a case of embarrassing humanity has come up. After the death of her husband, the case of the gang-rape of a woman worker working on compassionate appointments in a department of the Collectorate has come to light. The City Kotwali Police has started the investigation by filing a case of rape on four accused.

In the application submitted by the woman to the city police station, the woman alleged that for the first time in October 2019, a gang rape incident took place. Jayanarayan Bhoi came to her residence at around 10 pm, Shashank Sharma, Rajjo Bharti, and KP Patel were also present with him. They told to come for a general meeting and they all raped her. According to the woman, the two children went to Raipur's maternal uncle's house on the night of the incident. The accused also made a video of it. And by showing the video, he threatened to make it viral. According to the woman, the case did not end here, the accused forced her to maintain a relationship with him.

The accused had threatened to take the daughter along with, threatening to make her video viral. Frustrated with this, the woman informed the senior officer about the matter and reached Gariwar with Nari Manch Mahila Sangathan and filed a complaint in City Kotwali. TI Rakesh Khunteshwar said that on the complaint of the victim, the investigation has been started by filing a case of rape against Shashank Sharma police constable, Rajko Bharti resident Baktara Arang, Jaynarayan Bhoi and KP Patel teacher.
