Comedian Vadivelu wins battle against COVID 19: Discharged from hospital

Vadivelu, the actor and comedian who tested positive for COVID-19 a few days ago, has been released from the hospital following a successful recovery. Vadivelu's time in the hospital, according to the hospital bulletin, was nice and uneventful, with no setbacks. The actor is now being urged to relax at home.

Vadivelu, according to the doctor who treated him, is in good health. After receiving a positive COVID-19 report, the actor was hospitalised to the Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre in Chennai on December 23, 2021.

The actor travelled to London to work on the pre-production of his forthcoming film, Naai Sekar Returns. Film director Suraj and composer Santhosh Narayanan accompanied him. Vadivelu was found afflicted with the virus when they returned. Suraj, the director, later tested positive for the virus and was sent to the hospital. Several celebrities have also recently reported getting infected. All of them are having therapy and are currently in quarantine.

Vadivelu will make his comeback in Naai Sekar Returns. Suraj, the filmmaker, wrote and directed the production. The film produced by Subaskaran under the label Lyca Production and stars Priya Bhavani in the lead role. The music for this film was created by Santhosh Narayanan, and filming is expected to begin in a few months.
