We have no answer to the stamina of Indians when it comes to breaking the rules. Recently, the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation has proved this as well. In fact, the corporation imposed a penalty on a conductor only because he allowed a pigeon to travel in a bus without a ticket.
According to the case, last Thursday, there were a total of 80 passengers in the bus running between Harur city and a tribal village of Allahawadi. On the way, corporation officials stopped the bus for a ticket check.
The ticket inspector saw a drunken man talking to the pigeon. The dove was in his hands. According to the rule, if an animal or bird travels in the bus, it is mandatory to take a ticket for them. Keeping this in mind, the ticket inspector asked the conductor whether the ticket for the pigeon has been taken or not.
The conductor told the inspector that at the time the man was sitting on the bus, there was no pigeon with him. But the inspector did not agree with one of the conductors and issued a memo against him.
According to Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation, if the conductor is found guilty of breaking the rules then necessary action will be taken against him. However, because of that drunken man who was talking to the pigeon, the poor conductor got in trouble.
