New Delhi: In the backdrop of the ongoing tension with China over the LAC in Ladakh, the Congress told Shaniwar that PM Modi should tell the country the reality in this matter and to 'liberate' Indian territory from the occupation of Chinese troops by 'Rajdharma' must comply. Sibal, a veteran Congress leader and a lawyer by profession, claimed that the place PM Modi visited in Ladakh on Friday is not an advance front, but 230 kilometers from LAC.
Kapil Sibal told the press via video link that, before Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister, he usually used to say that we should show China a red-eye. But now they are not taking the name of China. Kapil Sibal released a recent satellite picture of Ladakh's stalled area, published by a British newspaper. Citing this picture, Sibal claimed that the Chinese army had carried out several construction operations in the Indian territory.
Sibal asked, 'PM tell the country whether the Chinese army has captured Finger Four in Pangong So area? Is not this the truth? Isn't that area our motherland? ' Sibal also asked, 'Has not China occupied the place where 20 of our soldiers had attained heroism? Has the Chinese army not occupied the Y Junction in the Depsang area? '
