New Delhi: Senior Congress leader Rashid Alvi has made a very controversial statement. He has said that PM Narendra Modi and Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan have met each other. The Congress has said that Imran Khan speaks in such a way that Modi becomes strong and Narendra Modi speaks so that Imran Khan becomes empowered.

It is worth mentioning that even before this, Rashid Alvi has been surrounded in controversies by making objectionable statements. A few days earlier in UP, there was also a reaction to the deaths of people during demonstrations in protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). Rashid Alvi had said that those who died during the violence in Uttar Pradesh should be given martyr status.

Along with this, Rashid Alvi had said that the deaths in violence in UP were due to the police bullet and the youth was protecting the constitution. Let me tell you that because of this statement of Rashid Alvi, Congress was very angry. The BJP retorted on Alvi's statement, saying that the Congress was supporting the rioters, while the miscreants attacked the police.
