New Delhi: Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has said in the Lok Sabha today that speakers were paid by the Modi government on Skill India, Digital India, and Startup India, but standup India was ignored because the government was on stand-up comedians Too busy to ban. Basically government schemes should be named Sit-Down India, Shutdown India, and Shut-Up India.
