New Delhi: The general public is troubled by the ever-increasing prices of petrol and diesel. In Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal, for the second consecutive day, premium petrol was sold at a rate of more than Rs 100 per liter. The common man is plagued by wildly rising petrol and diesel prices in the whole country, while political parties are also protesting. In Delhi, Congress, while holding a press conference with an empty gas cylinder, raised questions on the Modi government.

Congress leader Supriya Srinet said on Monday that the Modi government has decided to do cruelty to the farmers, but now it has also decided to break the back of every stove, every housewife, and common man of the country. Modi government has also set inflation fire in the stove. Supriya Srinet said that the price of petrol and diesel has crossed Rs 100. Everyone knows Now the prices of LPG are also being continuously increased. Within 10 days, the price of the LPG cylinder has increased by Rs 75. On 4 February, the price of the gas cylinder was increased by 25 rupees, but from today its price has been increased by 50 rupees.

Supriya further said that, within two months of December 2020, the price of the gas cylinder has increased by Rs 175 per cylinder. During that time there was an increase of 50-50 rupees. The cylinder which used to get Rs 594 in Delhi, is being sold today in Delhi at the rate of Rs 769. When the Congress was in government, when the price of crude oil increased in the international market, the price of the cylinder did not increase so much.
