Speaking on the border dispute, the Congress President said that the opposition wants to hold talks on insecurity on the border but the government is not ready for it. He took a dig at the Central Government's policy of price rise and disinvestment.

Leader of opposition in the Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge had said on Monday that the government was responsible for the disruption in proceedings in the Upper House of Parliament.
