New Delhi: The Congress has targeted the virtual rally being held on Sunday in view of the Bihar election of Amit Shah, the Union Home Minister and former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president. Congress Rajya Sabha MP Akhilesh Prasad Singh has said that the ruling party is doing politics even in times of Coronavirus crisis.

Akhilesh Prasad Singh has said, 'PM Modi implemented a lockdown in the country to save people from Coronavirus infection. But even after this, the BJP is not seeing anything other than politics. The election of Bihar has not even been announced and BJP politics has started.' He has said, 'People in Bihar need treatment and migrant laborers sent home. There is a need to repair health services in the state, but the BJP people are holding virtual rallies'. The Congress accused the BJP of giving mobile phones to offices in all the districts so that people could watch the virtual rally.

He said that no one in Bihar wants to see the face of PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. Today, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) is celebrating 'Poor Rights Day' and Congress 'Tribute Day' in the state. The Assembly elections are proposed in Bihar in October and November this year.
