New Delhi: Amid a new round of meeting between the farmers' representatives and the Center, the Congress said that the government should abandon its obstinacy and withdraw the Central Agricultural Laws. Former national president of the party, Rahul Gandhi, alleged that the current government through these laws pushed the farmers of the country into the minimum support price (MSP) and the absence of mandis.
Prior to the talks between farmer representatives and central government ministers, Congress's chief spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala tweeted that, "Modi ji, Listen to the Farmers, repeal black laws. Otherwise, history has never forgiven the ego. ' Rahul Gandhi had written in the tweet that, 'The farmer of Bihar is in great trouble without MSP-APMC and now the Prime Minister has pushed the entire country into this well. In such a situation, it is our duty to support the donor of the country.
Citing the news related to the participation of women in the farmers 'movement, Rahul Gandhi said that,' The power and resolve of the women farmers involved in the movement is also an aspect of India's feminism. Till the repeal of the agricultural laws, they are facing the atrocities of the Modi government. Salutations to all these sisters in the fight for their rights!
