Hyderabad: The ruling party Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) has emerged as the single largest party in the Greater Hyderabad municipal elections in Telangana. The BJP has also benefited here. Now recently, TRS senior leader K Kavita has said that 'there is still some time to elect a new mayor'. We will discuss and then decide. Let us tell you that K Kavita is the daughter of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and recently she said that, 'Tuesday's election results have pointed to' introspection '. The results are less than the party had expected. TRS lost about a dozen wards by a very small margin. '
Along with this, she also said that 'BJP has put the line of leaders and confused the voters. Being aggressive everywhere is BJP's strategy. We are now understanding the BJP's strategy. We will ensure that we are one step ahead in the 2023 assembly elections. He further said, 'We are not a weak party. We are an organized party with six million members. We will continue our fight keeping in mind the year 2023 assembly elections.
Speaking to a website, Kavita said, "We have succeeded in preventing the BJP from emerging as the largest party." The rest of the country can learn from TRS. Hyderabad has shown a way to stop the BJP. Talking about the GHMC election, a vote was held on December 1 and the result came on December 4.
