New Delhi: Congress is going to protest against the Modi government from today onwards. This performance of the Congress will continue from November 5 to November 15. In this demonstration, Congress will focus on issues like the current economic crisis, unemployment, price rise, crisis on the banking system, job cuts in government and private sectors, farmers' problems. Congress organization general secretary KC Venugopal has said that this decision has been taken in the meeting of general secretaries, state presidents and chief ministers of party-ruled states, led by the interim president of the party, Sonia Gandhi.
The Congress has urged the people to take to the streets against the dictatorship policies of the government in large numbers and make the government aware of their displeasure. Congress says that due to anti-people economic policies of Modi government, there is an atmosphere of despair among the people of the country. The party said that every section of the society is suffering from government harassment in one form or the other and there is anger against the government from all sides.

Congress has urged its workers and leaders to go to street mohallas, discuss the square and intersections with people and expose the policies of this government. On November 2, Congress President Sonia Gandhi held a meeting to check the preparations for the demonstration. The Congress has appointed 31 senior Congress leaders as observers to monitor these demonstrations. Apart from this, Congress leaders will hold press talks in big cities of the country and will try to surround the government on issues like economic lethargy, unemployment, agrarian crisis.
