Amritsar: Former Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu has been in a bad rap by growing close to election strategist Prashant Kishor. It is being told that Punjab Congress in-charge Harish Chaudhary has sent a complaint against Sidhu to the Congress Disciplinary Committee. At the same time, Sidhu is continuously tweeting one after the other about Prashant Kishor. On Monday (2 May 2022), he congratulated Prashant Kishor after indicating the formation of his political party in Bihar.

Sidhu tweeted that, 'First step is half the battle my friend, a good start always brings a good ending. Your efforts to respect the spirit of the Constitution have always been the best. The power of the people must definitely return to them.' In this regard, Punjab Congress in-charge Harish Chaudhary has accused Sonia Gandhi and the party's disciplinary committee of harming the Congress by sending a complaint against Sidhu. Chaudhary has urged the committee to take action against Sidhu.

It is being told that a few days ago Prashant Kishor had given a big blow to the Congress, due to which the party was very angry with him. But Navjot Singh Sidhu, the former state chief of Congress in Punjab, started getting closer to him. Not only this, on the same day Navjot Singh Sidhu also shared his photo with him. Along with the picture, Sidhu wrote, 'Old gold and old friends are always better'. Since this post of Sidhu, there were also indications that Prashant Kishor could be behind his changed strategy. Let us tell you that PK played an important role in bringing Sidhu to Congress in 2017.
