Dehradun: Congress star campaigner and former cabinet minister Harak Singh Rawat said that inflation, unemployment, corruption are at their peak. If the Congress government comes, the gas cylinder will be available for Rs 500. There is a wave of change going on in the state and this time the departure of the Dhami government is certain. Rawat also voted in favour of Congress candidate Bhuvan Kapri and urged to make him win by a huge margin of votes.

On Tuesday, former cabinet minister Harak Singh Rawat reached the Radha Swami Satsang on Pilibhit Road by helicopter. From where he reached congress block president Umesh Singh Rathore Bobby's house in a car. Where he offered condolences on the passing away of Rathore's grandmother and greeted the family members. Thereafter, They reached the Baratghar near Majhola. At the public meeting, Harak Singh Rawat attacked the BJP government. He said the BJP government could not appoint a peon in five years. The conveyance of the farmers and the youth will take the Congress forward and with the blessings of the people, the Congress government will come. He said the BJP has to be clean bowled. If the Congress government is formed, it has included employment to 4 lakh persons, 40,000 rupees in the accounts of five lakh poor families in its manifesto.

Thereafter, Rawat reached Van Chetna Maidan, Chakarpur. He said that just as the people of the area have given affection to Kapri, similarly, on February 14, vote in his favour and reach the Assembly. Harak Singh addressed a public meeting at Baratghar in Bigabagh. Congress candidate Bhuvan Kapri, Block President Umesh Singh Rathore Bobby, Ravish Bhatnagar, Mahesh Chandra Joshi, Arvind Kumar, Prakash Tiwari, Jaswinder Singh, Sukhram Maurya, Bhajan Singh Talwar, Shyam Kapri, Vikram Bangla, Deepak Chand, Narendra Arya, Pankaj Tamta, Bharat Pandey, Nasir Khan, Rashid Ansari, Naveen Joshi, Ramesh Rautela, Nayeem Rizvi, Iqbal Ahmed, Gurpreet Singh, Vijay Shankar Yadav and others were present.
