Patna: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed its second consecutive charge sheet in connection with the formation of the Ghazwa-e-Hind group on social media in Phulwari Sharif near Bihar's capital Patna. In the second charge sheet, 4 named accused have been made. In this chargesheet, Abdul Qeom Ansari of Raghopur village near Bihta, Patna, Mohd., a resident of Naya Tola of Phulwarisharif police station. Jalaluddin Khan, Neem Chowk of Laheriasarai Police Station, Darbhanga, Nuruddin Jangi, resident of Urdu Bazar and Armaan Mallick alias Imtiaz Anwar of Alba Colony, Phulwarisharif. 

A case has been registered against all these accused under sections of seditious activities. Also, other serious sections including sections 121, and 122 of IPC have been imposed in the charge sheet. Earlier on December 6, the NIA had filed the first charge sheet in this case, in which the charge was framed against Margoob Ahmed Danish, one of the main accused. Margub is also a resident of Phulwari. He was the administrator of the WhatsApp group Gajba-e-Hind created by a Pakistani terrorist. 

According to the report, all these activities were conducted under the mission of establishing India as an Islamic country. Many such sensitive things have come to the fore in the NIA investigation and these facts have been included in the charge sheet. In the charge sheet, they have been made accused by imposing other serious sections including sections 121, and 122 of IPC.
