Eyes are one of the first things we notice on a person. Eye shadow provides the easiest way to accentuate and even alter the eye shape. Eye shadow is basically another tool for contouring. Whether you simply want to enhance your natural eye shape or if you want to transform it completely, contouring your eyes is the way to go.

Steps to contour

1. Take a neutral eye shadow powder and apply on your eyelids. Blend it in gently until the eyelids are evenly covered.
2. Before applying any eye shadow try to locate your natural crease. Do this while your eye is open and you will find the correct crease zone.
3. Then onto the crease of your eye apply a warm brown shadow and blend it in to soften the look.
4. Once you have applied the shadow to your crease, use the same colour and apply under your outer lash line and blend it in well.
5. Your good to go at this stage, but you can add some extra steps at this point.
6. Apply a darker shadow in a C shape from your top lash line to the bottom.
7. Lastly to brighten up your look put some highlighter in the inner corner of your eyes as well as along the brow bone.
