The court said that when the case filed by the central government will be heard at 3 pm, then present your side. At the same time, the Patiala House Court will determine the date and time of the death of Nirbhaya convicts today. Patiala House Court has issued a notice to the convicts on the plea of the Tihar administration to issue a new death warrant. The court will hear this matter today at 2 pm.

Earlier, President Ramnath Kovind rejected Pawan's mercy plea in the Nirbhaya case on Wednesday. Pawan's curative petition from the apex court has been dismissed on Monday. Along with this, the appeal of the four guilty in the case, reconsideration petition, curative petition and mercy petition have been settled. That is, all the legal rights of the four convicts have been exercised and they have no choice left.
