Chandigarh: The deadly coronavirus wreaking havoc all around the globe. As of now, the number of people who have died from this virus has exceeded 244000. The fear of this virus is spread among people. Doctors are still searching for treatment to fight this disease. In Chandigarh, it is not taking the name of a broken chain like Corona. In Bapudham Colony, there is a continuous process of getting corona infected. 7 positive patients were found again on Saturday. Patients include 21-year-old, 34-year-old, 30-year-old, 40-year-old, 49-year-old male, and a 14-year-old innocent. Till Friday, the number of patients in Bapudham alone was 37, which has now increased to 44. The total number of patients in Chandigarh has increased to 95.

The treatment of these patients is being done in the corona ward built in GMSH-16 and PGI. Patients found on Friday included a 3-and-a-half-year-old child, resident of Sector-30. However, the report of the child's mother has come negative. The patients of Bapudham include a 36-year-old woman, a 9-year-old girl, a 17-year-old youth, a 30-year-old boy, a 2-year-old child, a 5-year-old child, a 27-year-old girl. There is also a man of 35 years, a man of 40 years, a man of 17 years and a woman of 40 years. An 18-year-old youth and a 67-year-old patient from Sector 15 are involved.

15 patients were shifted to PGI's Corona Dedicated Hospital on Friday. These include 13 from Bapudham, one from Sector-15 and one from Haryana.
