New Delhi: Corona cases have increased again in the country. In fact, there has been an increase of more than 250 cases in the last 24 hours. Let us tell you that the Health Ministry recently informed that 16,561 cases of corona have been reported. However, 16,299 cases of corona infection were reported yesterday (August 11). In fact, the ministry said that in the last 24 hours, 18,053 people have also recovered from Corona and with this, the active cases of Corona have come down from 1,25,076 to 1,23,535.

Let us tell you that the active cases of corona in the country are currently 0.28 per cent of the total cases. At the same time, the recovery rate has increased to 98.53 per cent. With this, the daily positivity rate has gone up to 5.44 per cent while the weekly positivity rate has gone up to 4.88 per cent. Let us tell you that more than 207 crore doses of the corona vaccine have been given in the country. In fact, more than 102 crore people have been given the first dose and about 94 crores have been administered the second dose. Not only this but apart from this, 11.5 crore people have also been given precautionary doses.

Let us tell you that in the last 24 hours, 17 lakh 72 thousand 441 people have been vaccinated. According to the press release, 87.95 crore tests have been done in the country so far. In the last 24 hours, a total of 3 lakh 4 thousand 189 people have been tested.
