According to a report received, "Auto driver Ravi Agarwal is transporting patients to a hospital free of cost in Ranchi, Jharkhand. In the run-up to the Corona epidemic, when there is a shortage of ambulances, Auto Rickshaw Drivers Ravi of Ranchi is transporting people to the hospital for free. Ravi has also pasted a free service poster in his auto in case of emergency".

Most of the same hospitals are facing a shortage of oxygen and a lack of beds. Ambulances are also not available in time to take patients to hospitals in many areas. According to the report, auto driver Ravi has been giving people a free hospital ride since April 15. Ravi said, "I took this decision on April 15 after delivering a woman to Rajendra institute of medical sciences, which was refused by all drivers. Ravi added, "I have put my number on social media so that people can contact me if needed. This initiative of the auto driver is being highly appreciated everywhere. People are calling him corona hero".
