BJP metropolitan officials claim that the Chief Minister has assured them to come to Noida to review the situation. A review report has also been sent by the party to the Chief Minister regarding the situation in the district.

Gautam Budh Nagar has been included in the priority list of the Chief Minister since the first phase of the crisis. The Chief Minister's eyes on the Health Department were also curtailed and Dr. AP Chaturvedi was made CMO by taking back the responsibility of CMO from the then CMO of the district, Dr. Anurag Bhargava. However, the situation did not change even with Dr. Chaturvedi and in his place, Dr. Deepak Ohri has been made CMO of the district.
