Amidst the lockdown and corona infection, the number of corona-infected patients in Gautam Budh Nagar and the pressure on the local administration to open the Delhi-Noida border, the Chief Minister of the state Yogi Adityanath may return to Noida again next week. BJP metropolitan officials claim that the Chief Minister has assured them to come to Noida to review the situation. A review report has also been sent by the party to the Chief Minister regarding the situation in the district.
Gautam Budh Nagar has been included in the priority list of the Chief Minister since the first phase of the crisis. On March 28, when the situation in the district deteriorated two months ago, the Chief Minister himself came and reviewed the situation in the district. On negligence, the Chief Minister removed the then District Magistrate BN Singh and handed over the command of the district to Suhas L. Y. in his place. The Chief Minister's eyes on the Health Department were also curtailed and Dr. AP Chaturvedi was made CMO by taking back the responsibility of CMO from the then CMO of the district, Dr. Anurag Bhargava. However, the situation did not change even with Dr. Chaturvedi and in his place, Dr. Deepak Ohri has been made CMO of the district.
After the arrival of DM Suhas LY, the situation in Noida has recovered to a great extent, although the number of infected people is increasing here. The local administration somewhere considers Delhi responsible for this, which is why Delhi-Noida border seal has been in place for a long time. The latest situation was discussed through video conferencing with the presidents. BJP Metropolitan President Manoj Gupta from Gautam Budh Nagar also joined the meeting. The number of infected patients and many cases related to industries arose in the meeting, on which the Chief Minister assured them of terrestrial review soon.
