Shimla: The whole country is suffering due to Coronavirus. In Himachal, there is a constant increase in the number of COVID-19 cases. 14 new COVID-19 patients have been reported in Chamba on Tuesday morning. 

In the COVID Care Center, the infected are being shifted to the hospital. However, Home Isolation option will also be given to those who are below 60 years of age who fulfil the guidelines of the Government. Home Isolation requires a separate room, washroom. The number of active cases in the city has increased to 143. A case has also come up in Purana Jubbal of Shimla. On 29 July, the report of a person has come positive. The total number of COVID-19 infected in the state has reached 3478. There are 1230 active cases. 2195 patients have recovered. 25 have gone outside the state. So far, 15 died due to COVID-19 in the state. There is a steady increase in the cases of corona in the state.

Cases of coronavirus are increasing rapidly in the country. More than 22 lakh 68 thousand cases of corona have been reported in the country and the number of deaths has exceeded 45 thousand. According to the latest data released by the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours, 53 thousand 601 cases of corona have been reported and 871 people have died. During this period, 6 lakh 98 thousand 290 sample tests have been done. Less than 60 thousand cases have been reported in the country after four days.
