The situation seems to be deteriorating in Indore city of Madhya Pradesh. The number of corona patients is constantly increasing. At the same time, in the city where there are more than three thousand qualified doctors, the administration is sweating in handling 25 hospitals in yellow-green category. The condition is that doctors are not meeting at clinics, nor in both categories of hospitals. Patients are wandering for treatment. There is no one to listen. The administration tried to handle the situation by applying ESMA but more than half of the doctors in the city are not connected to any hospital. In such a situation, ESMA will not affect them because the administration is not allowing to open clinics and the patient cannot be treated by taking these doctors to a private hospital. In such a situation, despite the distribution of green-yellow category to the hospitals, the common man is not getting even simple treatment. Experts also believe that it is not possible to improve the condition of hospitals without allowing them to open clinics.

According to the statistics of the Indian Medical Association, there are about 2300 MBBS doctors in the city. By combining homeopathy, Ayurvedic, Unani etc. this number reaches three thousand. More than half of them, i.e. about 1650, are those who practice only privately. Recently, the government made it mandatory for doctors to be present at the workplace by implementing ESMA, but on the other hand, the situation is not clear about opening clinics. In such a situation, how will the common Indori troubled by minor illness get treatment, it is not clear.

For information, let us tell you that the administration has divided the city's hospitals into green-yellow-red category. There are about 25 hospitals in the city under the Green-Yellow category. He has been directed to ask the doctors working at his office to attend the hospital compulsorily. Hospitals are also calling doctors, but because of not opening clinics, every person has to go to the hospital. In such a situation, the number of patients is not being controlled there. The effect is that patients are wandering from hospital to hospital. Nayiduniya talked to the experts of the subject and tried to know how this problem can be solved.
