Indian citizens are trapped due to Corona virus worldwide. At the same time, India has extended its hands to help the Indian citizens trapped in Dubai. The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in India stated that India has agreed to send hydroxychloroquine drugs to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which will be used to treat patients with the corona virus. Significantly, India had banned the export of hydroxychloroquine last month and stopped its sale. India extended this to a safe supply because US President Donald Trump has described this drug as a potentially effective treatment for the deadly virus.

For your information, let us tell you that recently India has supplied hydroxychloroquine, a malaria drug, which is being considered as a possible treatment of corona, to many other countries including America. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of the US is testing this drug on more than 1500 patients in New York. The demand for this drug has increased rapidly in the last few days after India decided to lift the ban on its export.

India is currently in the process of supplying hydroxychloroquine on aid and commercial basis to 55 countries affected by the coronavirus. India has so far sent this medicine to America, Seychelles and Mauritius. Apart from this, these medicines are being sent to Afghanistan, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka and Myanmar.
