The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has given relief to the students going to take Chartered Accountant examinations amid Corona transition. ICAI has given the option to the students that if they do not want to take part in the examination in July, then they can join the examinations in November. If a student wants to take the examination, then the institute is committed to conduct the examination.

As of now, the institute is looking at the situation of covid-19 and they are also looking at removing the anxiety and difficulties of the students. Students who have applied for the May 2020 exam, will have the option of not taking the exam. If they want, they can join the examination in November. In this situation, the fees of the students deposited will be automatically shifted to November. The student will have to apply for the November exam again.

The exam fees have to be adjusted and if there is any difference in the exam fees, the remaining fees will have to be paid. ICAI will review the epidemic situation in the first week of July and the students who did not take the exam If you have not chosen the option of, they will be given information related to the exam. The examination starting from 29 July 2020 will depend entirely on the advisory issued by the government during that time.
