New Delhi: The corona menace in the country is not diminishing. In view of this, the risk of the third wave is also not decreasing. Now, amidst all this, the Union Health Ministry has released new data on corona cases. Recently, the Health Ministry has said that the country has reported 25,072 new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours, the lowest in 160 days. Also, when it comes to the recovery rate, it has gone up to 97. It has become 63%. Now, talking about sample tests, 50,75,51,399 people have been tested till 22nd August and 12,95160 people have undergone corona tests in the last 24 hours.
In Maharashtra, the number of active corona cases in the state is also decreasing in view of the fact that the corona cases have been coming to light less than 5,000 per day in Maharashtra. In the last few days, the number of active corona cases has been found to be more than 5,000 in only 3 districts in Maharashtra. Last Sunday, a senior health department official said, "The coronavirus cases in Arunachal Pradesh have increased to 52,165 as 121 more people have been found infected during the last 24 hours.''
Further, State Monitoring Officer (SSO) Dr. Lobsang Zampa said, "The death toll of Covi-19 in the border state remains at 257 as there have been no new deaths due to infection in the last 24 hours. The highest number of 34 cases were registered in the Capitol Complex area. This has been followed by West Kameng (28), Lower Subansiri (9), Upper Subansiri (7), Tawang (6).''
