Coronavirus cases are increasing rapidly in India amid the slowdown in lockdown. The number of people infected with the coronavirus in the country has crossed 1.31 lakh. In the last 24 hours, 6767 new cases of coronavirus have been reported and 147 people have died. This is the third day in a row when the daily rate of infection has exceeded 6 to 6 thousand.

According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, the total number of cases of coronavirus in the country has increased to 1 lakh 31 thousand 868. So far, 54,440 people have become healthy, while a total of 3867 people have lost their lives so far. There are 73,560 active cases of deadly epidemics in the country.

New cases are not being stopped in Maharashtra, which is most affected by Coronavirus in the country. 2,608 new cases were reported on Sunday, this is the second largest number of new cases in a day. Earlier on Saturday, the maximum number of 2,940 new cases were found. The number of infected in the state has reached 47,190. More than half of these infected are in Mumbai alone. In the capital Delhi, more than 500 new cases have been reported continuously for the last five days. The highest number of 660 cases were found on Saturday. 591 new cases were reported on Sunday and the number of infected has reached 12,910.
