During the Corona transition, the global spread of COVID-19 (COVID-19) is steadily accelerating despite all efforts and precautions. The whole world is entering the fourth month while coping with the virus. The World Health Organization (WHO) has expressed deep concern about this. WHO Director-General Tadros Adenom Ghebreyes has said that it is very important to provide food and other essential services to the needy in this phase of transition. Along with this, he appreciated the efforts of the Government of India and advised the world to learn from it. Prior to the WHO, India's efforts have been praised by some leaders of Pakistan and also by the UN.

According to foreign media, till now (till 3 pm on April 2, 2020), the number of patients infected with the coronavirus has exceeded 1.25 million, while more than 46 thousand people have lost their lives due to the virus.

Apart from this, on the WHO website, the number of corona sufferers worldwide is said to be more than eight and a half lakhs and the number of dead is about 42 thousand. The coronavirus, which started from Wuhan city of China in December 2019, about three months ago, is now synonymous with panic in 205 countries of the world. According to the WHO, the number of deaths due to coronavirus worldwide has doubled in the last one week. This week, the number of infected worldwide is more than 10 lakh and the figure of dead is expected to cross 50 thousand. The World Health Organization has expressed fears that the number of patients suffering from corona will increase further.
