EXPERIENCE

At least 10 years? experience as a practicing Advocate/ worked as an Executive in any Bank /any financial institution handling Legal portfolio related to recovery matters. Should   have experience of Legal issues relating to NPA recovery management ? SARFAESI, DRT, Arbitration, Execution, vetting of complex legal documents and mortgages, managing litigations at the various courts and tribunals etc, leading the recovery process & laying down new policies pertaining to recovery.
