People do not even know about their small loss to avoid the affair of courts and lawyers. But if we see a daily number of such small losses, then it reaches crores. For such people, an app named 'Web Nyay' has been launched for online dispute redressal, sister-brother of Chandigarh. In which the dispute is going to be settled on this platform without any lawyer and without going around the court.

It has been learned that Chandigarh resident Vishwam Jindal and his sister Ishita Jindal decided to do something different from the world and made an alternative e-forum of the court. Through this app, named 'Web Nyay,' a complaint related to the dispute has been filed by sitting in any part of the country, just through its mobile. After answering some simple questions on the app, the complaint is made as if it has been prepared by the lawyers. Whereas, for preparing such a complaint, the attorneys charge thousands of fees. The special thing about the app is that it is absolutely free for consumers.

Vishwam Jindal, a lawyer by profession, said that this app is being prepared on the basis of artificial intelligence. Through this, both parties will be provided with an e-platform so that disputes can be settled outside the court. Vishwam said that both sides want to avoid attorney fees and unnecessary waste of time.

Bachelor in Design Ishita Jindal said that she and her brother Vishwam have prepared this app together. A survey was carried out before preparing it. The survey found that a customer with a loss of up to 50 thousand does not usually approach the consumer court. Most cases that reach the consumer court have a loss of upwards of 50 thousand because the time in the court is bad and the lawyer's fees have to be paid from above.
