CM Yogi Adityanath has ordered to investigate the coronavirus with the new technique 'antigen test'. The state has received anti-test kits to deal with the virus. Investigations will be started in the entire state from Wednesday. The antigen test will be started in the districts of Lucknow, Prayagraj, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Kanpur Nagar, and Meerut Division. The Chief Minister has also ordered the establishment of Covid Help Desk in every police station, hospital, revenue court, tehsil, development block, and jail.

495 new coronavirus cases reported in Haryana

On Tuesday, CM Yogi held a meeting to review the unlocked system at Lok Bhavan. He said that posters related to infection of Covid-19 should be put on the Covid Help Desk. Pulse oximeter, infrared thermometer, and sanitizer should also be kept. The personnel posted at the Kovid help desk should also be trained about the operation of medical equipment. Masks and gloves should be made available to these workers.

In his statement, he said that it should be ensured that one to two personnel are essentially available at the Covid help desk. Covid help desk should be operated daily from 7 am to 7 pm. Private hospitals should also be motivated to set up Covid help desks. He has also given instructions to provide the list of Covid help desk set up. The Chief Minister has instructed the officers of Special Secretary level to be sent to the districts to support the Chief Medical Officer concerned. He said that the actions of these officers will be especially evaluated during the disaster of Covid-19. Yogi said that the number of testing should be continuously increased. Instructing to further improve the surveillance system, he said that officers of special secretary level are being sent to districts for this purpose. Strengthening surveillance work will help in increasing the number of medical testing.
