Bhopal: The corona havoc continues in Madhya Pradesh though the figures are now showing a decline. The state is witnessing a steady decline in cases of corona infection. At present, mp corona has moved up to 28th position in case of infection due to declining number of patients. During the last 24 hours, 145 new covid patients have been found in the state and as such, the positivity rate has gone up to 0.1 per cent and recovery rate to 98.5 per cent.

As per the information received, the number of active cases of corona patients in Madhya Pradesh is now only 2984. In fact, 404 patients have recovered in the state during the last 24 hours and the weekly positivity rate of the state has come down to 0.3 per cent. With this, the weekly positivity rate in 51 districts of the state has come down to less than one per cent. At present, there is only Bhopal where the weekly positivity rate is 1.1 per cent. Most importantly, two districts of Madhya Pradesh, Burhanpur and Bhind, have now become corona free. Yes, there is no new case of corona and no active case.

With this, these two districts can be termed as corona free. Now, more than 5 new corona cases have been found in only 6 districts of the State. The list has new cases of 42 coronas in Bhopal, 34 in Indore, 9 in Jabalpur, 6 in Vidisha, 5 in Rajgarh and 5 in Ujjain. There are 22 districts in the same state where no new corona case has been found. These districts include Agar-Malwa, Alirajpur, Anuppur, Bhind, Burhanpur, Chhatarpur, Dewas, Dindori, Guna, Hoshangabad, Khandwa, Mandla, Narsinghpur, Panna, Sagar, Satna, Shajapur, Sheopur, Sidhi, Singrauli, Tikamgarh and Umaria.
