Chennai: Cases of coronavirus are increasing in TamilNadu. Governor Banwarilal Purohit is going to live separately for a week on the advice of doctors after three more people were found infected with coronavirus in the Raj Bhavan. In a press release issued by the Raj Bhavan on Wednesday, it has been said that the 'Governor is fit and sound'. It has been indicated that separate habitat has been taken as a precaution.

Earlier on Thursday, the government had said that "84 security personnel and fire personnel posted at Raj Bhavan were found infected, but none of them came in contact with the governor or senior officials".
