It happened that in 2015, Harbhajan Singh gave a loan of four crore rupees to Mahesh. At the same time, Harbhajan has alleged that he was constantly asking for his money back from Mahesh, but he used to ask for some time. According to him, Mahesh gave a check of 25 lakh rupees to Harbhajan last month after repeated attempts, which bounced due to not having enough money in Mahesh's account after depositing it in the bank. At the same time, Harbhajan went to Chennai and contacted the Tamil Nadu Police and formally gave his complaint.

At the same time, in the information that has been received, it has been told that a case has not been filed on his complaint at present, but the responsibility of investigation has been handed over to ACP Visvesvaraya, who has sent summons to Mahesh for questioning. Just as soon as the summons was received, Mahesh took refuge in the Madras High Court to avoid arrest. He has agreed to take money from Harbhajan as a loan in an affidavit, but has also said that he has paid all the money.
