On Sunday morning, a crime cases reported in Nizamabad village of Konaraopet mandal. Let us share that an aged couple was found dead under suspicious circumstances in their home. It is found that the deceased were identified as Nomula Bhoom Reddy (82) and Lachavva (77). While Bhoom Reddy’s body was found hanging from the ceiling, Lachavva was found on her bed when other family members came to the house in the morning.

According to police, They were living in in a separate room and separate from their three sons and daughter. All their children were married.  Since the deceased were residing beside the house of elder son Bhupathi Reddy, he could keep a watch on the movements of his parents from the terrace. When the couple did not come out in the morning, Bhupathi Reddy went to the terrace and was shocked to find his father hanging from ceiling. He immediately jumped into the house and tried to wake up his mother but she too was dead.

As per police suspect that it was not clear whether Bhoom Reddy hanged himself after killing his wife or something else happen. While villagers said that the couple was staying separately as their sons were not looking after them. Unable to lead life with health problems, they may have committed suicide. However, Bhoom Reddy was chairman of Venkateshwara temple committee for the last 10 years, had also attended ‘Bajana’ programme held in the shrine on Saturday night.
