Bhopal: Transport Commissioner Mukesh Kumar has released a new guideline in Madhya Pradesh. Now, according to this new guideline, those against whom serious crimes against women are registered, their driving license will be suspended. Yes, recently the Transport Commissioner has issued written instructions. These instructions have been given to Regional, Additional Regional, and District Transport Officers.

At the same time, it is also being said that such action can be taken by the Transport Department only when the FIR will be lodged by the woman. (If a person brutally beats his wife in a drunken state, then a case will be registered and the driving license will be canceled.) Now after the instructions from the Police Headquarters, the Transport Commissioner issued a letter to all the RTOs in this regard So that female crime can be curbed.

In this directive, the driving license of chain snatching will also be suspended. At the same time, before issuing the driving license of commercial vehicles, the license can be issued only after getting the character verification from the responsible officer of the police department. As you may have known, till now a character certificate of the police department was not required to get a commercial license. But now this will not happen.
