Mumbai: The Crime Branch of Mumbai Police recently raided a drug store and recovered 272 Remedisivir injections. The injector was kept by the shopkeeper for sale in black. According to reports, police have also arrested two persons in the case. The whole world has started fighting for Remedisivir due to corona infection. Remedicsvir was the first to be named in the treatment of the corona epidemic.

The shortage of this drug is being observed in many parts of the country today. Maharashtra is also witnessing an acute shortage of Remedisivir medicine in view of the corona epidemic. There are long queues outside medical stores. People are coming to queue up and travel 40 to 50 kilometers to get this medicine. Taking advantage of the shortage, shopkeepers are also charging more than MRP.

So, some are selling it in black marketing tax black. In Maharashtra, two persons including the owner of a medical store were arrested by a Mumbai Crime Branch official for overcharging MRP in Parbhani district. On Wednesday night, a trap was laid in the medical store and the accused was caught red-handed selling Remedisivir vials at high prices.
