Kangra: The trend of suicide among youth is increasing these days. They often make such wrong decisions either due to job or due to studies. One such incident has come to light. A student hanged in the hostel room of a private educational institute under police station Shahpur. The police have started investigating by taking the body of the student. The student has been identified as 24-year-old Neeraj Kumar. He is a resident of Daruhera Rewari, Haryana. Neeraj was a student of BA LLB fifth session.

According to the news, Neeraj lived in a separate room in the hostel. Late Thursday evening he went to the room with his friends. Later, he laid down the muffler with a fan and died. His friends had gone to Pathankot when they reached their room late at night, their senses flew away. They reported the case to Shahpur Police. Police took the body and sent it for postmortem.

The body of the young man was handed over to the family on Friday. Police has not found any suicide note on the spot.
