Football icon Cristiano Ronaldo has made a stunning entry into the YouTube world, launching his channel and gaining over 11.8 million subscribers within just one day. Ronaldo announced his new venture on social media, inviting fans to "SIUUUbscribe" and join him on this exciting journey. The channel, titled "UR," currently features 12 videos, offering fans a unique look into both his personal and professional life.

The Portuguese football star is already one of the most-followed people across social media platforms. He boasts 112.5 million followers on X (formerly known as Twitter), 170 million on Facebook, and a staggering 636 million on Instagram. In a recent video on his new YouTube channel, Ronaldo expressed his excitement about breaking records, becoming the fastest YouTube channel to reach 1 million subscribers.

While embracing his new role as a content creator, Ronaldo remains focused on his football career. He is preparing for his team Al-Nassr’s Saudi Pro League opener against Al-Raed. As Ronaldo heads into his second season with the club, his main goal is to help Al-Nassr break the dominance of their fierce rivals, Al-Hilal, who secured the league title last season by a comfortable margin.

Ronaldo signed with Al-Nassr in December 2022 but has yet to win a domestic title with the club. In a recent post, he wrote, "New season, same goal," signaling his determination to bring success to his team.

Al-Hilal, who recently defeated Al-Nassr 4-1 in the Saudi Super Cup final, are also gearing up for another competitive season. Kalidou Koulibaly, an Al-Hilal defender, noted the challenges ahead, saying, "This season will be even tougher, but we’re ready to defend our title."

As the Saudi Pro League kicks off, all eyes will be on Ronaldo and his quest for silverware, as well as his growing presence on YouTube.
