Ingredients Of Crunchy Vegetables And Corn With Five Spice Powder

20 gm of asparagus

30 gm of corn

20 gm of carrot

30 gm of broccoli

10 gm of zucchini

20 gm of baby corn

100 gm of glass noodle

Olive oil to fry

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

5 gm of five spice powder

100 gm of tempura flour

130 ml of cold water

10 gm of spring onion

How to Make Crunchy Vegetables and Corn With Five Spice Powder

-Wash all the vegetables and cut them in even size.Make the batter by mixing tempura flour with cold water, if any lumps don't worry.Take a kadhai and put olive oil in it.

-Once the temperature reaches to 160 degrees fry the glass noodles and make the desired shape as shown in the picture or make any other shape like a basket.Chop the spring onions and keep it aside for garnish.

-Dip the vegetables into the batter and fry them till it becomes crisp. Take it out on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.6.Toss these vegetables with salt, pepper and Chinese five spice powder and enjoy these

vegetables in your daily routine.Serve hot.
