Eating yogurt is very beneficial for our health. Especially in the summer, our body gets many benefits by consuming it. There are plenty of nutrients found in curd, which is helpful in providing a healthy body. Not only for health, but curd is also very beneficial for our skin. By consuming yogurt daily, the body fat is reduced faster. Because of which the weight remains in control due to its intake.

1-If you have stains on your face then you should use curd. Place the paste of curd on the acne place. Wash after a while. Stain spots will be removed in a few days.

2- The use of yogurt for hair is also very beneficial. This is also a good conditioner. Apply it on your hair before bathing everyday. Using this can relieve the problem of dandruff and also strengthen your hair.

3- If you have ulcers in the mouth, take 1 to 2 times of curd in the day, doing so can be rid of mouth ulcers.

4- If you want to reduce your weight, then take yogurt daily. By eating yogurt daily, the fat stored in the body is rapidly decreasing.

5- To get rid of the problem of oily skin, mix honey in curd and apply it on your face. This gives relief from the problem of oily skin, as well as the appearance of the face.

6- Because of the rich amount of good bacteria in curd, yogurt easily digests food.
