Ahmedabad: The weather is expected to deteriorate in many districts of Gujarat night. Actually, the Biperjoy cyclonic storm is going to come in the state. Due to this, a warning of rain with strong winds has been issued in many districts. According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), a low pressure area is forming in the Arabian Sea. Due to this, it will turn into a cyclone in the next 2 days. Apart from Gujarat, the impact of this cyclonic storm will also be seen in many districts of Maharashtra.

The IMD said that from June 5 to 7, there will be rain with strong thunderstorms due to Cyclone Baiperjoy. The wind speed can be up to 50 km per hour. Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Aravalli districts of Gujarat are likely to receive rainfall with strong winds. Along with this, rain warning has also been issued in other areas including Patan, Modasa, Mehsana. SDRF teams have also been alerted due to heavy rain alert. The state administration has instructed fishermen not to go to sea. Officials at the local level have also been asked to remain alert.

Several districts of Gujarat will continue to receive rainfall for a few days after cyclone Baiparjoy makes landfall. People will get rid of the heat. According to the Meteorological Department, the rain will continue between June 7 and 11. Along with this, it is expected that this year the monsoon will come on time. However, the monsoon will first rise from Kerala. After this, it will enter Gujarat as soon as it passes through Maharashtra.
