Jammu: The mother and her three daughters were killed when a gas cylinder exploded near the Deputy Commissioner Office in Ramban, Jammu, and Kashmir, while three people, including two children, were severely scorched. In view of the critical condition of the injured, the command hospital has been sent to Udhampur for treatment. The police have registered a case, how the accident happened is under investigation. After the information, the fire brigade caught fire after an hour's struggle. It is said that a person named Bishan Das, originally from Tangar area of the district, used to live with his family in a rented room in the Maitra area to study children and earn a living. At around 8.30 pm on Friday night, Bishan was out of the house and then while exploring, there was a blast in the gas cylinder. In this, his wife and three daughters died on the spot.

According to sources, one adult and two children were severely scorched in the fire during this period. As soon as the information about the incident was reached, senior officials, reached the spot and could control the fire that broke out after the blast. In view of the critical condition of the injured, the district hospital was sent to Ramban for treatment, where after seeing the condition of them, they have been sent to Udhampur Command Hospital after first aid. At the time of the accident, there were seven people in the room.
