The Jodhpur court has once again reprimanded Salman Khan in the black deer poaching case. He has been reprimanded for not being present in the court during the hearing of this case. Salman Khan was to appear in the Jodhpur court on Thursday in the black deer hunting case. Salman's lawyer had submitted a plea for regular attendance in the court on his behalf. On 27 September, Salman Khan was to appear in Jodhpur court in the black deer hunting case, but he did not appear even then. After this, the court gave the date of 19 December. Salman Khan's lawyer has filed an application for amnesty in the Jodhpur District and Sessions Rural Court, but Salman Khan was absent in the court this time too.

Salman Khan is accused of hunting extinct animals. It is illegal to do so. During the shooting of the film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain' in 1998, Salman is facing a case of hunting two black deer and illegal weapons. On 5 April 2018, the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Jodhpur Sessions Court, Devkumar Khatri was convicted and sentenced to five years in the black deer hunting case. Along with this, Salman was also fined Rs 10,000. At the same time, among the remaining accused, Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Sonali, Tabu and Dushyant Singh were acquitted.

Salman appealed to the District and Sessions Court against the decision of the lower court and on April 7, he was granted conditional bail while staying the sentence of trial court against Salman. In the second case, in 2016, the Lower Court acquitted Salman Khan in the illegal arms case, against which the Rajasthan government has appealed in the District and Sessions Court. The hearing of these two cases is going on in the District and Sessions Court in which Salman Khan is to be produced.

In this case, Judge Chandra Kumar Songara of the sessions court had directed Salman Khan to appear before the court on September 27 during the hearing on July 4. It was also said that due to not doing so, the bail of Dabang Khan can also be cancelled, even then Salman has not appeared in the court even on December 19. Significantly, on September 16, a post on Facebook has threatened to kill Salman. The threat was given by gangster Gary Shooter, who belongs to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. A police officer said that in February last year, Salman had changed his mind to appear in court due to similar threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.

Apart from this, Salman Khan's film Dabangg 3 is going to be released on this Friday. In this film, actors like Kiccha Sudeep, Saiee Manjrekar, Sonakshi Sinha will be seen in the lead roles.
