Abhishek Bachchan is among one of those actors who gained a love for his actor on Later half of his career. The actor is all set for his web series’s second part Breathe: Into the Shadows. The actor is leaving no stone unturned in promoting the film. In a recent interview, he opens up on the criticism. The actor revealed that he actually keeps a scrapbook of the bad reviews and criticisms that come his way as inspiration. The actor also opens up on criticism he got during making his 2002 film Shararat.
Abhishek Bachchan said, “I used to put it up on my bathroom mirror. I no longer have a mirror because it’s fully covered. But I put it in a scrapbook now,” he said. When asked whose opinion he adheres to out of the so many reviews out there, Abhishek said, “I think you should pick everything because everybody’s opinion counts and everybody is your audience.”
He further recalls the advice of his father and veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan advice for bad reviews, “He said ‘keep it there, read it every day and go out there to prove them wrong, use that as inspiration and impetus’. I took it a step further and made it like ‘they are telling me to improve myself so let me read every morning on how to improve myself and actively work on that’.”
Speaking about the series Breathe: into the Shadows season 2. Abhishek returned as Dr Avinash Sabharwal who is suffering from dissociative identity disorder and kills people. Directed by Mayank Sharma, the crime thriller also stars Amit Sadh and Saiyami Kher.
