Curd Bhindi Spices - Essential Ingredients - Bhindi - 500 grams chopped to medium size, oil - to fry, Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp, fennel - 1/2 tsp, whole red chilli - 1, onion - 1 finely chopped, Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp, Green Chili - 1 finely chopped, Tomato - 1 finely chopped, Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp, Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp, Coriander Powder - 1 tsp, Yogurt - 1/2 cup, water - Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp, Kasuri Methi - 1/2 teaspoon as required.

Method of preparation - Firstly heat oil in a non-stick pan for frying the okra. After that, add okra and a little salt in it and cover and cook till it becomes soft. After it becomes soft, take it out in a plate and keep it aside.


To make curry- again put some oil in the pan. Add cumin and fennel to it and fry. After this, add onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies to make them golden brown. Now add chopped tomatoes to it and soften it, now add salt, turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and cook for 1 minute more. After this add water and let it boil for 3-4 minutes. Now add curd in it and keep stirring it continuously so that the kernels do not fall and then add kasoori methi, garam masala and after 2 to 3 minutes add the fried bhindi. The curd bhindi masala is ready for you.
