Lucknow: A government witness has died in a fake SIM case registered against Khushi Dubey. The court then decided to postpone the hearing. The matter will now come up for hearing on June 13. Two police witnesses in the case have already turned hostile. He refused to recognize happiness. In fact, on July 2, 2020, vikas dubey along with his accomplices attacked the police who had gone to conduct a raid in Bikru village of Chaubeypur police station area of Kanpur. In which 8 policemen, including the DSP, lost their lives.

Khushi Dubey, nephew of Vikas Dubey who was killed in the encounter and wife of Amar Dubey, who was said to be right-hander, was booked by Chaubeypur police in a case of possession of fake SIM. Which is being heard in the Juvenile Justice Board. Santram, Mahesh and Chandrapal Sujja were three witnesses on behalf of the prosecution in the case. Santram and Mahesh have already refused to recognise Khushi Dubey after appearing in court. At the same time, he had also refused to make any statement to the police against Khushi. The third witness, Chandrapal, was scheduled to appear on the Juvenile Justice Board on Monday, May 31, but Chandrapal died of a heart attack. Chandrapal was a resident of Kalyanpur Rawatpur village in Kanpur Nagar. The Chaubeypur police have submitted a report on the death of the witness in the court.  

Let us know that in the Bikru case, 30 people, including Vishnupal and Jai Bajpai, have been proved gangsters in the court on the previous date and they are imprisoned in Mati jail. Chandrapal was the elder brother of Vishnupal alias Jilladar. The court has now fixed June 13 as the next date for hearing.
