Many Indian women players made us proud. 3 women golfer Aditi Ashok, Deeksha Dagar and Tvesa Malik will participate for the first time in LPGA tournament together with the Ladies' Scottish Open Golf Tournament this week. The Ladies' Scottish Open has received LPGA joint recognition since 2017 in the top bout of the Ladies European Tour, and this is the fourth time the two tours have been organising competition together.
In the first round, Deeksha has to start the tournament with Stephanie Kyriacou and Yu Liew while Aditi has to play alongside Scotland star Carly Booth and South Africa's Lee On Pace. Tvesa will begin her campaign with Yealimi Noh and Emily Kristine Pedersen. Deeksha and Tvesa arrived in Britain on Friday and thereafter reached Edinburgh on Monday.
Aditi and her mother arrived on Monday. The father of initiation and Caddy Colonel Naren Dagar said in his statement, "We were tested at the airport, and the management also examined us in Scotland. It was a different type of journey. Many people in India helped us in getting permission for paperwork and travel. To be honest, there was some tension because it is not a normal situation, but the officers and the LET helped in the country". With this, he shared the experience of his journey. Even after being under stress, his journey was smooth due to the officials.
