He alleges that she had offended the image of Javed Akhtar in an interview to a media channel. A recording of the part spoken by Kangana on behalf of Javed Akhtar in the court was also narrated in which she was speaking about Javed Akhtar. The court in December 2020 directed the Juhu police to investigate the case and report on January 16. Now, the date of reporting has been extended till February one.

On this whole issue, Kangana has given a reaction through a tweet. In a tweet, she wrote, "Today one more summon for me. Come all hyenas come together... Put me in jail... torture me and push me against the wall with 500 cases ... come on. Mar Kar Bhi Meri Rakh Kahegi Mein Tum Sab Bhediyo Ko Nahi Chhodungi." Now, Kangana's tweet is going viral.
