New Delhi: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has recently made a statement on the recent crisis in Afghanistan. In fact, he said today, Sunday, "India is changing its strategy on Afghanistan. The QUAD formation is part of the same strategy.'' Today Defence Minister Rajnath Singh was addressing the Defence Service Staff College (DSSC) in Wellington, Tamil Nadu.

He said, "Despite the challenges on India's border, the people are confident that India's security will not be compromised. India will not only end terror on its soil but will not shy away from attacking their land if needed.'' In addition, Rajnath Singh also said, "Similarly, in the northern region, where a unilateral attempt was made last year to change the status quo on the border. Here too, we faced our advisory with a new dynamic, out of our old response.''

He further said, "There is no need to enter the enemy's border today. They can also target our security equipment from outside the border. The changing state of global power has added to the already changing security challenges.''
